Nathaniel J. Tilton, CFP®, AIF®
Managing Principal, Wealth Advisor
Nathaniel is a private wealth advisor and owner of Tilton Wealth Management. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he majored in sports management and minored in business administration. He worked on the corporate side of professional sports until 2001 when he started his wealth management career at American Express Financial Advisors, where he earned New England Market Group Advisor of the Year honors in 2001 and 2002. Since 2006, he has been an Investment Advisor Representative and General Securities Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®. He holds licenses and registrations that include FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Registered Representative), Series 66 (Combined Investment Advisor, Uniform State Law), and life, accident, and health insurance licenses.
Nathaniel is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. The CFP® certification is earned by individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP® Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® certification examination. The exam covers the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning. CFP® professionals also agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements and to uphold the CFP® Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Rules of Conduct, and Financial Planning Practice Standards.
Nathaniel earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation from the Center of Fiduciary Studies. The AIF® certification indicated that he has a specialized knoweldge of fiduciart standards of care and their application to the investment management process.
Nathaniel is a member of the Forbes Finance Council and has been published on Forbes.com. He has also been featured in Barron's for his perspectives on investing and wealth management.
Personal
Nathaniel published The Blackjack Life (Huntington Press 2012), a personal narrative look inside his decade-long journey as a professional card player and the theoretical and practical mathematical learning experiences that helped shape his investment management philosophies today.
For more than two decades, Nathaniel co-organized ArenaTilton, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, dedicated to raising money and building awareness around cancer and multiple sclerosis.
Nathaniel served on the Board of Directors for Budget Buddies, Inc., a nonprofit organization that promotes financial empowerment among low-income women. He also served on the advisory board for Project Giving Kids (www.projectgivingkids.org), a nonprofit aimed to help kids develop a philanthropic mindset by connecting them to fun, meaningful, and age-appropriate service activities.
Nathaniel is a health and fitness enthusiast; an avid follower of the Boston Celtics, Boston Red Sox, and Pittsburgh Steelers (not a typo), and a member of Webhannet Golf Club in Kennebunk, Maine. He is also a member of Mensa. Nathaniel is a devoted father to his son, Caden. They live in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
Nathaniel has been a 2013, 2014, and 2015 recipient of the Women's Choice Award for Financial Planning, featured annually in the USA Today.

Cyndy Packard, CRPC®
Senior Director of Investment Operations
As the senior director of investment operations at Tilton Wealth Management, Cyndy oversees licensing, compliance, annuities, insurance, and supports all aspects of portfolio trading. Cyndy entered the wealth management industry in 1981 and has experience with firms such as the Investment Advisory Group, Merrill Lynch, State Street Global Advisors, and Bevilacqua Associates. She holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) certification, has her Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 66 (Registered Investment Adviser Representative) licenses held through Commonwealth Financial Network®, is an appointed notary public for the state of Massachusetts, and is a National Social Security Advisor Certificate Holder (NSSA). Cyndy has three children, enjoys golfing, and splits her time between Massachusetts and Florida.

Nathan C. Upton, FPQP®
Registered Associate
As a registered associate, Nathan supports the team across a broad range of operational, planning and client service functions. He helps prepare for client review meetings and assists with account management, investment research, and financial plan development. Nathan is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine, earning his bachelor's in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. He began his career interning at a registered investment advisor, Salem Advisory Group, before moving into a full-time role. Nathan has earned his Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination) and his life, health, and disability insurance license. Nathan lives in York, Maine. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, and taking walks with his girlfriend, Claire, and their dog, Blue.

Sarah Muzerall, FPQP®
Client Experience Coordinator
In her role as Client Experience Coordinator, Sarah ensures that every client interaction is smooth, organized, and handled with care. She also oversees our online account portal, Investor360®, manages tax document communications and assists with our estate planning efforts. With over a decade of experience in client service, project coordination, and team support, Sarah brings a rare blend of creativity, precision, and warmth to our client experience. Before joining Tilton Wealth Management, Sarah spent more than a decade with Nordstrom, where she advanced into a leadership position. In that role, she led teams, managed complex projects, and orchestrated high-profile visual campaigns, while maintaining an unwavering focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence. Earlier in her career, she gained experience with the Law Office of A. Justin McCarthy, honing her organizational and client-service skills. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Sarah lives in Newburyport with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys baking (especially cookies), reading, and spending time at the beach—and can often be found cheering and coaching from the sidelines at her children’s games.

Annie Partisano
Operations Manager
Annie provides key operational support at Tilton Wealth Management, helping ensure our day-to-day processes run smoothly so the team can focus on serving clients. She holds a doctorate from Northeastern University and brings organization, efficiency, and reliability to everything she does. A Newburyport resident, Annie enjoys cooking, walking, skiing, golfing, and spending summers in Maine with her dog, Reggie.
